Pinette Emidecau Industries (PEI) designs, manufactures and integrates total moulding systems for the aerospace industry. PEI designs and manufactures thermo-compression moulding equipment, which includes hydraulic presses and heating systems (contact heater, convection oven and IR ovens, transfer, handling systems and tools).

These production systems are used for manufacturing structural composite parts by world leading aerospace companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and Eurocopter. PEI systems cover the following processes: RTM, HDF, 3D  moulding of thermoplastic parts (with PEI, PPS, PEEK and PEKK materials) and consolidation of carbon prepreg – with the whole range of matrix materials from PPS to PEEK.

PEI also designs and manufactures assembly and inspection systems for large high performance composites parts as well as non destructive testing machines (US, Eddy Current). PEI machines are used in several composites laboratories, R&D centres, Universities and production plants in Europe, USA, India and Japan, from laboratory scale up to large production scale.
