Interview with TwenteVisie: pioneering more sustainable aircraft materials

One of TPRC's great goals is "to make aerospace more sustainable by using an innovative, lightweight material that helps reduce CO2 emissions", as Sebastiaan Wijskamp, General Manager of TPRC, explains in an interview with TwenteVisie. Thermoplastic composites are lightweight, strong, and easy to process, as the technologies allow us to produce advanced materials within just a few minutes. Even small increases in aircraft weight lead to higher CO2 emissions. Therefore, to fly more sustainably, we must reduce the aircraft's weight. In collaboration with very valuable partners, TPRC advances thermoplastic composite technologies to address fundamental challenges.
