Daher has an extensive expertise in the development and manufacture of composite aerostructures for the aerospace sector - and is Europe’s leading supplier of thermoplastic components, providing more than 160,000 per year.
Daher joined the TPRC as a Tier 1 member following the company’s acquisition of the Netherlands-based KVE Composites in 2019. KVE’s patented industrial welding process for carbon-reinforced thermoplastic components adds an important capability for Daher’s position in the aerostructures market, as it responds for the aviation sector’s key competitiveness challenges, including weight reduction and increased productivity. With KVE Composites now integrated into the Daher Group, they are fully ready to contribute to the TPRC consortium.
