Dissertation "Effect of In-plane Waviness Defects on Compressive Failure of Thermoplastic Composite Laminates"

We are proud that Ramona Sitohang will defend her dissertation entitled: "Effect of In-plane Waviness Defects on Compressive Failure of Thermoplastic Composite Laminates" on January 27th.

Ramona has performed her research at the TPRC in close cooperation with the Production Technology research group of Prof. Dr. Ir. Remko Akkerman from the University of Twente. Ramona’s work provides a fundamental understanding of the effects of defects induced during the manufacturing of thermoplastic composite parts and contributes to extending the application window. We wish Ramona good luck with her defense!
