NXTGEN HIGHTECH program

The NXTGEN HIGHTECH program has officially begun after receiving final approval from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. With the support of the National Growth Fund, over 330 parties from the business sector and knowledge institutions will collaborate on new high-tech machines and production technologies to bring these advancements to the market. One of the goals of this project is to develop a digital production platform for flexible production and recycling of lightweight thermoplastic composite solutions, enabling "on-demand manufacturing" with a significantly shorter time-to-market.

As part of this project, TPRC will conduct independent research on the advancement of the production technology for Automated Fibre Placement (AFP), welding, and recycling of thermoplastic composites. Furthermore, the TPRC will host the next NXTGEN composites meeting on July 5th, in our brand new building!
