SAMPE Benelux Student Award 2019

This week during the SAMPE Benelux Spring Meeting, Yannick Buser (Research Engineer of ThermoPlastic composites Research Center (TPRC)) received the SAMPE Benelux Student Award for his master thesis work on “Squeeze Flow of Unidirectional Thermoplastic Composite Flakes”.

As part of the SAMPE Benelux Spring Meeting, outstanding students in materials or process science and engineering were invited to present their work to a jury. Yannick proved to be the best in the category for BSc/MSc research and was therefore granted the SAMPE Benelux Student Award. As a winning student, Yannick has now been given the opportunity to represent the Benelux chapter at the SAMPE Europe 2019 International Students’ Seminar. This European student event will take place in Nantes, France on 17-19 September 2019, as part of the SAMPE Conference 2019 Nantes.
